Governor’s Workplace Safety Awards Application

Applications for consideration for the 2012 Governor’s Workplace Safety Awards be received by the Indiana Chamber of Commerce by Wednesday, January 18,5:00 p.m. (EST). Applications submitted after this deadline will not be considered.

Winners will be notified in advance of the conference by the Indiana Department of Labor.
