Important Message:

We have been informed that a number of our exhibitors have received spam emails from companies not associated with the conference offering the attendance list.  Some have even been provided with a wrong booth number as well from spammers. We are looking into why this has happened. As per our policy, we do not share email addresses. We will, however, publish exhibitor contact information in the printed program guide.


Indiana Convention Center, Expo Hall D


Attendee registration will be located in the Speedway Foyer (outside 500 Ballroom). From there, our staff can guide you to exhibitor check-in which will take place in Hall D.

*Please note during expo hours you MUST have a badge to enter the expo hall. During set-up times you should have no problem entering the expo hall to check in. However, once the show starts, booth attendees must have a badge to enter the hall.

Tuesday, February 26, 2019

12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Exhibitor Set-up/Move-in

4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Opening Reception – Expo Preview (exhibitors encouraged to be set-up by this time)

Wednesday, February 27, 2019

6:30 a.m. – 7:30 a.m.  Final Exhibitor Set-up/Move-in

7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Expo Open

4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.  Exhibitor Breakdown/Move-out

5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.  Tailgate Party (Closing Conference Reception – exhibitors are invited to attend)

Exhibitor Set Up and Tear Down

Exhibitors can set up their booth during set-up hours on Tuesday afternoon and/or Wednesday morning. Upon arrival, proceed to the exhibitor check-in desk inside Expo Hall D. Our team will be there to greet you with your exhibitor packet and booth attendee passes.

Tear down will take place Wednesday afternoon.

Shipping Instructions

Specific shipping instructions will be included in the exhibitor kit from Excel Decorators.

Please note: The Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Indiana Convention Center and Excel Decorators will not be responsible for items shipped directly to the Indiana Convention Center.


The Springhill Suites and Courtyard by Marriott at the Marriott Place will be the headquarters for the 2019 Indiana Safety and Health Conference & Expo.

Reservations can be made the following ways:

Exhibitor Decorator Kit and Booth Assignments

Booths will be assigned approximately one month prior to expo date. The exhibitor decorator kit from Excel Decorators will be emailed to exhibitor contacts in late January. Excel Decorators will take care of your drayage needs and additional booth furnishings. If you have not received your email packet by the January 30, please contact jbrothers@indianachamber.com.

We reserve the right to make changes in order to accommodate the sponsors and exhibitors who have registered this year for the Safety Expo.

The furnishings provided in each booth include a 6-foot skirted table, two chairs, signage, and a wastebasket. Electricity and high speed Wi-Fi is NOT included. You may order electricity through the Indiana Convention should you need it. Basic wi-fi is included. Wi-Fi login and password information will be provided onsite in the program guide.

Drawings for Prizes

We anticipate 800+ attendees at this year’s conference. It will be the responsibility of each exhibitor to determine the winner of their prize at the conclusion of the Safety Expo. As the exhibitor, you are responsible for drawing names at your booth and either personally delivering the prize to the winning attendee, mailing the prize to their homes or writing the name of your winner and your booth number on the white board provided. More information will be provided at registration on the process. If you do not wish to participate in these drawings, you are not obligated to do so.

Safety Expo Theme

This year’s conference theme is the football theme HUDDLE UP FOR SAFETY. Exhibitors are encouraged to incorporate the theme into the booth design!
